Pomodoro Technique

A highly efficient way to study is by employing the Pomodoro technique.

This method revolves around time intervals during which a student dedicates themselves to studying. It’s imperative to include regular breaks in your study routine to prevent burnout. To implement this, study for one hour at a stretch, followed by a 10-minute break.

Why don’t we study for 30 minutes and take 5 minutes break instead?

It’s always a good idea to aim for longer study sessions when you can, as this helps you stay focused and be more productive by minimizing disruptions to your study session.
